Preparation of Tungsten Oxide by Template Method
The 3D ordered macroporous tungsten trioxide of anti-cobble structure can be synthesized by the colloidal template method using PMMA microspheres. The PMMA microspheres were immersed in the tungsten precursor solution, and excess tungsten precursor solution on the colloid was removed by vacuum filtration. The mixture was dried and then calcined in air to obtain 3D ordered macroporous tungsten trioxide of the anti-cobble structure. Tungsten trioxide of hollow spherical structure can be synthesized by the soft template action played by the polymer micelles. However, the post-processing process is cumbersome. And the product prepared by this method may have residual template impurities although the material of unique structure can be obtained by the template method.
