The following mainly describes the processes of chemical precipitation method to prepare yellow tungsten oxide: Weigh 3.0g Na2WO3 and 0.005g CTAB and dissolve them in 10mL distilled water. Then, 3mL of this solution was slowly added dropwise to 5mL of 3mol•L-1 HCL and stirred for 1–2h. The reacted solution was subjected to centrifugal sedimentation, and then washed repeatedly with distilled water and acetone. Then, the obtained precipitate was dried in oven at 80°C to obtain precursor. The precursor was placed in muffle furnace and calcined at 300°C for 3h to obtain yellow powder.
